A Day in Sam's Life
Sam starts/begins/wakes up his day at eight. He quickly/briskly/slowly prepares for the day and makes/eats/prepares a quick bite to eat. After breakfast, Sam heads/goes/rushes to work. His job is teaching history, which he sometimes struggles with.
During his break, Sam listens to music. When his workday is finished, he goes to the gym/plays basketball/watches TV for a while. In the evening, Sam has supper and watches movies with his family or friends. Before bed, he brushes his teeth. Finally, Sam turns in for the night at around ten/eleven.

Sam Learns a Lesson
Sam was/had been/went a pretty careless/reckless/thoughtless kid. He often ignored/disregarded/failed to listen his/her/their parents' advice/instructions/warnings. One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.
- Luckily, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
- But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.
From/After/That day on, Sam became much more cautious/careful/thoughtful. He understood/realized/learned the importance/value/significance of being safe/secure/protected.
Sam's New Friend
Sam was having a little lonely. He wished to have a new friend to play with. One day, while he was running in the yard, he spotted something interesting. It was a little being with glowing fur. Sam quietly approached read more the creature and asked, "Hello! What's your name?" The creature grinned and told Sam, "You can call me Lily!" And so, Sam made a new friend. They spent the rest of the day talking together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be close buddies forever.
